Destroying a tiny environment...
The chief challenge of this project was a the mini coal plant designed for children. Rhett & Link requested a boardgame-esque diorama capable of pumping out real smoke...or at least something smokey.
After some prototyping, I found that pumping an air compressor through tubes filled with powdered graphite did the trick. The airborne graphite rolling out like smoke from the tiny chimneys.
The belly button trees were a different matter entirely. I had to grow them one at a time; I only have one belly button.
