Under the Hood...

Rhett & Link needed smaller-than-life automobiles that complimented their larger-than-life personalities. The concept was a play on the 50's and 60's rear projection car scenes. The facades needed to be simple and transportable (the irony!) so I used some super light weight plastic sheeting. I gave the hoods a shimmery paint job with an under coat, glitter coat, and a third top coat of light color. It let the glitter show through just the right amount.
