The Process…
Good Mythical Evening already had an established identity as a pay-per-view livestream event — high-energy, fan-focused, a night designed to feel like a special occasion. The question was how to take that and make it physically real across 19 Alamo Drafthouse theaters simultaneously, in a way that felt just as intentional as the stream itself.

I led the brand partnership creative from end to end: shaping the strategy with both Mythical and Alamo, designing the fan-facing materials, and making sure the experience held together whether you were watching in Austin, Los Angeles, or anywhere in between. That included custom papergoods I concepted and produced specifically for the event — tangible pieces that gave audiences something to hold, something to keep, something that made the night feel like a real event and not just a screening.
The tension in projects like this is always between the two brands’ identities — Alamo has its own deeply loyal audience and visual voice, and Mythical has its own. The work was finding the version of this night that didn’t feel like a compromise but like the two communities finally sharing a table. By the end of the night, across 19 locations, that’s what it was.
